Leaderboards and Rankings

We reserve the right to remove suspicious scores or ban accounts that violate our fair play policies. All solve times are subject to validation and may be rejected if they appear to be fraudulent or achieved through unauthorized means.

All content, features, and functionality of Tally are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our explicit permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Tally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
